Reflexology
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy that supports balance and wellbeing throughout the body. Proven to reduce stress and improve blood circulation, it works by applying comfortable pressure to specific points on the feet or hands that correspond to areas of the body. Working with the whole person, it can also provide support with physical and emotional health conditions that you may be living with.

The Experience
Your session will be carried out on a massage couch, fully-clothed, and only needing to remove shoes and socks if you are having foot reflexology.

Each session begins with a foot/hand cleanse, followed by comfortable pressure and techniques applied to specific reflex points using a fragrant lotion or balm. As the treatment unfolds, many people feel a wave of calm spreading through the body — tensions soften, breathing deepens, and the mind quietens. You may leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and surprisingly well-rested.

A Tailored Approach
Having trained with one of the UK’s leading Reflexology colleges and holding the highest stand-alone Reflexology qualification, I offer a truly individual approach to your needs. My specialist training includes hormonal and menopausal health, stress, sleep disorders, and chronic conditions — helping you find more ease and equilibrium in both body and mind.

The first session covers all reflex points to get a really thorough overview of your current health; follow-up sessions consist of a tailored-made treatment plan targeting your health needs and any specific goals.

Bringing Eastern Insight
With a background in Shiatsu, I also draw on Chinese Medicine principles to offer a deeper understanding of your health and wellbeing. This perspective can reveal subtle imbalances that Western medicine may overlook. Where appropriate, I can also incorporate specific acupressure points to enhance your treatment and its benefits.
