About

I’m a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and have expanded my practice with my favourite additional therapies to support your wellbeing in a variety of ways.

My particular interest is in helping women and carers manage stress, especially those juggling work, family, and caring for aging parents — often referred to as the ‘sandwich generation.’ Like many of my clients, I understand the challenges of midlife and the pressures of putting others first, particularly during the transformative years of menopause.

Sessions are 75 minutes or more, and I deliberately keep longer gaps between clients to make sure that I have time to check in on your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. This unhurried approach ensures every session is tailored to your needs, giving you the space to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
