About

In 2016, I successfully completed a comprehensive three-year Shiatsu Practitioner programme at the Shiatsu College Manchester. Since then, I've expanded my skills by incorporating additional modalities to enhance my practice.

My main focus is to provide support for individuals dealing with stress, regardless of its origin. I also have a particular interest in assisting the 'sandwich generation,' a group that I personally relate to.

Like me, this group faces the challenges of mid-life, juggling responsibilities towards children, partners, aging parents, and work commitments. As they approach the transformative phase of menopause, these individuals often find themselves deeply involved in caring for others, unintentionally neglecting their own well-being. My goal is to establish a nurturing space for them to prioritize self-care amidst life's demanding pressures.

I book all appointments for 90 minutes (with 60 minutes for Lymphatic Drainage Massage, as the therapy itself is shorter) and intentionally maintain longer gaps between clients to ensure there is ample time to check in on how you're doing - mentally, emotionally and physically - both before and after the hands-on therapy. Your well-being, in all aspects, is a priority, and this unhurried approach enables us to tailor the session to your specific needs.
